The cost of your relocation depends on a variety of factors, including the quantity of all objects, the size of your furniture, and the degree of fragility. As long as your inventory doesn’t change, the quote your moving consultant gives you will be accurate.
We provide 6 complimentary clothing wardrobes per moving truck. Any extra will not incur any additional fees. Please let your moving consultant know how many you might need, so we can provide an adequate amount on the day of the move.

Once you have booked your move date, we will send you your COI to assist you in planning and reserving your building's elevator. We will also provide a copy of your buildings COI to your buildings management company.

Yes, our movers are fully equipped with an abundant amount of material on every move. They will tailor the protection based on the piece and ensure its safety from the pickup to the delivery.
For local services, the industry recommends allocating 10-20% of your move. You can add gratuity before, during, or after your move.

We require all customers to have safe and secure parking in all locations. Double parking is perfectly acceptable as long as we’re not an obstruction to bike lanes, bus lanes, and ongoing traffic. At times, cars can safely go around and that is perfectly safe. If we did receive a ticket, the customer is liable. It would be added to the balance of the move.
Absolutely. We arrange your furniture and boxes wherever you would like everything placed. We will conduct a final walkthrough at the end of the move, so we can ensure everything is in its’ corresponding place.

Yes, in order to start the contract with the movers, you or a representative must be present. We advise having someone accompany the movers for the duration of the pickup and delivery.
